Flat Fee Agreements

We are committed to providing an aggressive, thoughtful, and affordable defense to our clients. We also want our clients to be well-informed at all times.

This is why we offer our criminal defense services on a flat fee basis. Your misdemeanor defense will cost a flat fee of $1,500.00. If your case goes to a trial there will be an additional $500.00 fee. The fee is payable up front by check, credit, or debit card. There will be no unexpected or hidden legal costs.

If your case requires the use of other professionals (like private investigators, medical experts, etc) we will work with you to locate professionals that fit your budget.
